These terms are an agreement between you and EverWell Center. By using this site or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to order.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and using it does not create a provider–patient relationship. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, immunocompromised, or managing a medical condition.
Individual results vary. Descriptions of how the product works are general information, not a promise of any particular outcome for you. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking the product and seek medical advice.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation, and we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, both of which are shown to you before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.
Payment is taken by our payment provider on their own secure page. We never receive or store your full card number.
Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically until you cancel. The full terms — billing dates, how to cancel, and what happens to an order already in progress — are set out in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We ship to {{SHIPPING_REGIONS, e.g. the United States only}}. Shipping is free on every subscription order, and on one-time orders of three bottles. On other one-time orders it is $4.99 for one bottle and $6.99 for two. The amount is shown in your order summary before you pay. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Orders ship in discreet packaging with no product name on the outside.
You are responsible for giving us a correct address. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or unclaimed, we can reship it at your cost.

For health and safety reasons we cannot resell returned supplements, and we may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse of this policy.
Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.
The text, images, logos, and design on this site belong to EverWell Center or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
To the fullest extent the law allows, EverWell Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, unless consumer-protection law in your home jurisdiction gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
