This policy explains what personal information EverWell Center collects when you visit this site or buy VagiProtect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than boilerplate.
We collect only what we need to sell and ship a product:

This site currently sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve those files.
We keep order records for as long as needed to support the order and to meet tax and accounting requirements — typically {{RETENTION_PERIOD, e.g. 7 years}}. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

If you are in the EEA or UK, our lawful bases for processing are performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), consent (for marketing), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and site security).
Buying an intimate-health product can itself feel sensitive. We treat your order details as confidential, ship in discreet packaging with no product name on the outside, and do not use your purchase of this product to target you with advertising elsewhere.
We are not a healthcare provider, and this site is not a medical service. Nothing you send us becomes a medical record, and we are not covered by HIPAA.
This site and product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell customers by email.
